While many families enjoy everyday moments of school,
sports, time with friends — the children we support are fighting far bigger
battles. Their days are filled with scans, needles, chemo, surgeries, and long
hospital stays. Childhood shouldn’t look like this, and yet for thousands of
kids, it does.
Most of their days are spent alone, in the hospital, sick, or with family members. It isn't logical and it isn't fair.
