Help Me Catch Luna’s Beads of Courage Journey Up!

We recently became aware of an amazing program called “Beads of Courage” which helps medically complex kids document their medical journey and tell their stories through beads. Each bead represents a different step in their journey - a surgery, hospital stay, new medication, test, travel for treatment, etc. Unfortunately we are two full years and a few months into Luna’s journey and are just finding out about the program. I want to catch her beads up and then continue which is where the “Beads at Home” program comes in. This is for children who cannot receive Beads of Courage at the hospital, either because their hospital does not offer the Beads of Courage Program or does not provide it for their medical condition. It is also for those who need to catch their beads up for whatever reason. It’s going to be very expensive to catch her beads up but thankfully going forward the beads won’t cost anything now that we know about the program.
Your sponsorship becomes bead credit, allowing her to catch up beads she would have earned in the past and receive her own Beads of Courage, honoring every step of her journey. She is so strong and brave and I want to create this badge of honor for her to remember always how amazing she is.
